[PATCH 01/31] opp: Add devres wrapper for dev_pm_opp_set_clkname and dev_pm_opp_put_clkname

Add devres wrapper for dev_pm_opp_set_clkname() and
dev_pm_opp_put_clkname() to simplify driver code.
