The changes at a high level in this revision are: * Small bugfixes for issues reported by CI bots * Removal of not strictly required features like sync_file FDs, reservations, partial mappings etc. from the submit UAPI. * All new UAPI placed under CONFIG_DRM_TEGRA_STAGING.
