It would be good if we can prevent downstream developers making too many
cosmetic changes (such as capitalisation, etc) that is causing a lot of
deltas between upstream and downstream and hopefully avoid too much
constant churn each time they fill the need to re-org the header.
However, that said I would like to see them conform to less than 80
character line length. Anyway, let's get this sync'ed up for now so ...
