[PATCH] mmc: tegra: fix inconsistent IS_ERR and PTR_ERR

Fix inconsistent IS_ERR and PTR_ERR in tegra_sdhci_init_pinctrl_info,
the proper pointer to be passed as argument is 'pinctrl_state_1v8'
