So the kernel is looking for the internal eMMC on /dev/mmcblk0p1, however, in your case it is actually /dev/mmcblk2p1. So the easiest thing to do is update the kernel command line to have "root=/dev/mmcblk2p1" instead of "root=/dev/mmcblk0p1". The problem is that the order in which MMC/SD devices get initialised on boot can change and so eMMC may not always be on mmcblk0. You can avoid this by using persistent block device naming [0]. Note that everytime you format the eMMC the UUID changes.
