This has now been done. Branches are:

for-3.4/cleanups-and-fixes
for-3.4/dt
for-3.4/soc
for-3.4/soc-drivers   (depends on, and is based on, /dt)
for-3.4/boards

I also rebuilt for-next with the above contents.
