Compiling in ceph support for tgt pulls in a raft of library
dependencies, which is not ideal when it comes to distro packaging.
It'd be great if we had the option of modularization, both on the lld
and the backstore side, just like Alexander proposed two years ago.
Alexander and other people, any further thoughts, and would you be able
(and have time) to help make this happen in the near future?
