Fix COMPARE_AND_WRITE so it works, but leave disabled

Please find a patch that adds support for COMPARE_AND_WRITE that was previously very very broken.
Some that has tested this with VMWARE report that it appears that this opcode does work now   but that things are still not completely right.
It may be that the presence of a working CAW makes the application assume that the other rare opcodes like XCOPY etc are also present.

So lets check in a fix that makes this opcode work properly, but leave it disabled for now until we can implement ALL missing opcodes that vmware and friends want.
