Yeah, tgt should handle this properly. I thought that the
compatibility between tgtd and tgtadm was kept (1.0.25 has massive
changes to the interface between tgtd and tgtadm). But seems it's not.

Thanks for the detailed testings. I'll try to make sure that this
issue will not happen.
