It shows that the daemon is running.

Is the above error message expected in SLES 11 SP1.

I have created my logical disk and did every configuration from target side. Now when I try to discover/login from initiator, it gives error.
# iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets -p 10.112.32.56
iscsiadm: connection to discovery address 10.112.32.56 failed
iscsiadm: connection to discovery address 10.112.32.56 failed
iscsiadm: connection to discovery address 10.112.32.56 failed
iscsiadm: connection to discovery address 10.112.32.56 failed
iscsiadm: connection to discovery address 10.112.32.56 failed
iscsiadm: connection login retries (reopen_max) 5 exceeded
