Even with your patch, I can't reproduce it with a tool to close a connection
while a target still has outstanding connections?

tgtd creates only one fd for a new connection. Can you try lsof command to
debug what happens on your system?

I'll remove that part and merge it. We might still have problems but we should
move close to iscsi_tcp_release anyway.
