TGTD does not currently support binding individual targets to specific portals.
Only binding the whole tgtd process to a portal, and by extension, all
targets of that process.

You can however run multiple different processes, one process for each
target or portal.


tgtd -C 1 --iscsi portal=127.0.0.1:3260
tgtd -C 2 --iscsi portal=127.0.0.2:3260
...
