Is the dump option supposed to be useful for creating a config file? The
file it writes out doesn't quite match the configuration that is in memory.
In simple cases, yes (i.e. where you have just some targets with a name,
block devices attached to it etc.).
It wouldn't however dump some more detailed settings, passwords and such
- the dump relies on tgtadm output where all targets are show; it is
later parsed, and a config file is created.
In other words, it will create a config file, but you might need to
review it / add some settings.
