Thanks Or, yes, I will check with Mellanox to see what do they have to
capture the packet.
Do you, or anyone else on this board, have a current packet capture on
iSER (over IB) that can share with me? I am looking at discovery, login,
back file store establish process flow.

Note that we are talking IB, not iSER - the good news is that the answer

to the 2nd question is yes! the latest wireshark has a plugin to decode 
and display IB packets. As for your 1st question, you should check with 
the HCA provider if they can allow you to capture packets.
