tgtd startup problem

I am using Fedora 9, fully updated. Seems one of the last patches broke tgtd for me.

As I try to start it up I get:

[root@orange ~]# tgtd
(null): ipc_init(569) can't bind a socket, Address already in use
[root@orange ~]# echo $?
1
[root@orange ~]# ps -ef | grep tgtd
root 3407 3089 0 09:48 pts/0 00:00:00 grep tgtd

At the beginning of the week (March 2) I have been using it succesfully, any ideas
why it doesn't work anymore?

Thanks

Albert

P.S. Tried it by booting an older Fedora kernel, but that had the same effect.
