As I wrote before, tgt_target_show_all part is fine by me. But we
might need to consider about the tgt-admin format.

As Ronnie pointed out, there are relationship between backing store,
device type, and lld.

And I've just started to work on another new backing store type,
qcow2, which is useful only for sbc. In the long term, Linux kernel
provides good snapshot feature (yeah, I'm talking about btrfs here),
but it doesn't now (dm-snapshot is not designed to handle many
snapshots). So I think that it's useful to have qcow2 code in tgtd for
some time.
