[PATCH v2 00/11] media: Remove vidioc_g/s_ctrl and vidioc_queryctrl callbacks

Most of the drivers use the control framework or can use the superset
version of these callbacks: vidioc_g/s_ext_ctrl and
vidioc_query_ext_ctrl.
