[PATCH 03/11] staging: rtl8192e: Remove unused variables ucReserved and friends

Remove unused variables ucReserved, ucSchedule, ucTSInfoAckPolicy, ucPSB,
ucAggregation, ucAccessPolicy, ucTrafficType and charData.
