[PATCH v2 0/2] media: imx: imx8mq-mipi-csi2: Use V4L2 subdev state

this is driver simplifications and cleanups for the imx8mq mipi csi receiver.
Remaining TODO is:
	* moving the driver into media/platform/nxp
	* getting rid of the internal "state" variable
	* autosuspend at the end of probe()
