That's, for example (just last from the history as is), how I usually do it
(tested):

 git filter-branch --msg-filter 'sed -e "/Signed-off-by: Andy Shevchenko/ a Tested-by: Daniel Scally <dan.scally@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>"' -f HEAD~4..HEAD
