[PATCH -next] media:rkvdec:Remove redundant memset

As dma_alloc_coherent() will return a zeroed buffer, we
don't need to memset the returned buffer.
priv_tbl = dma_alloc_coherent() and count_tbl = dma_alloc_coherent()
should be enough.
