[PATCH v2 06/10] staging: r8188eu: remove macro PHY_QueryBBReg

The macro PHY_QueryBBReg just re-defines rtl8188e_PHY_QueryBBReg().
Call rtl8188e_PHY_QueryBBReg() directly and remove the macro.
