[PATCH v2 04/10] staging: r8188eu: remove macro PHY_QueryRFReg

The macro PHY_QueryRFReg just re-defines rtl8188e_PHY_QueryRFReg().
Call rtl8188e_PHY_QueryRFReg() directly and remove the macro.
