The EFUSE_ShadowMapUpdate function has a parameter to replace the actual read operations with test reads. The only caller of EFUSE_ShadowMapUpdate does not use this test mode. Remove the read test code from EFUSE_ShadowMapUpdate and the low-level functions that it calls.
