[PATCH 02/40] staging: r8188eu: remove DeInitSwLeds from hal_ops

Remove DeInitSwLeds from hal_ops and remove its wrapper
rtw_hal_sw_led_deinit(). Call rtl8188eu_DeInitSwLeds() directly
instead.
