Clean up spacing style issues in core/rtw_sta_mgt.c reported by
checkpatch.

WARNING: space prohibited between function name and open parenthesis '('
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '/' (ctx:VxV)
WARNING: space prohibited before semicolon
