Is this happening immediately on boot? Or does something go wrong later down the line and then you start seeing recovery issues? I wonder if there's an issue with hand-off from the bootloader/firmware, or if there's a bug in the kernel that causes the failure and subsequent error messages due to the missing _RST. Thierry
