[PATCH 1/2] spi: dt-bindings: spi-peripheral-props: Document spi-cpha and spi-cpol

The 'spi-cpha' and 'spi-cpol' are commonly used SPI peripheral
properties that indicate the device clock phase and polarity.

Document these properties.
