The Microchip "hard" FPGA SPI controller is only present on Microchip PolarFire SoCs. Hence add a dependency on SOC_MICROCHIP_POLARFIRE, to prevent asking the user about this driver when configuring a kernel without Microchip PolarFire SoC support.
