[Patch v2 9/9] spi: bcm-qspi: MSPI_SPCR0_MSB MSTR bit exists only on legacy controllers

Set MASTER bit on the MSPI_SPCR0_MSB only for legacy MSPI and HIF_MSPI
controllers.
