[PATCH] spi: meson-axg: Fix error handling in meson_spicc_probe()

If devm_spi_register_master() fails in meson_spicc_probe(),
spicc->core is left undisabled. The patch fixes that.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
