The patch spi: atmel: Implements transfers with bounce buffer has been applied to the spi tree at https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/spi.git All being well this means that it will be integrated into the linux-next tree (usually sometime in the next 24 hours) and sent to Linus during the next merge window (or sooner if it is a bug fix), however if problems are discovered then the patch may be dropped or reverted. You may get further e-mails resulting from automated or manual testing and review of the tree, please engage with people reporting problems and send followup patches addressing any issues that are reported if needed. If any updates are required or you are submitting further changes they should be sent as incremental updates against current git, existing patches will not be replaced. Please add any relevant lists and maintainers to the CCs when replying to this mail. Thanks, Mark >From a9889ed62d06ec76f41492ebdc6cc6538e761e3e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Radu Pirea <radu.pirea@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 19 Dec 2017 17:17:59 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] spi: atmel: Implements transfers with bounce buffer This patch enables SPI DMA transfers for Atmel SAM9 SoCs and implements a bounce buffer for transfers which have vmalloc allocated buffers. Those buffers are not cache coherent even if they have been transformed into sg lists. UBIFS is affected by this cache coherency issue. In this patch I also reverted "spi: atmel: fix corrupted data issue on SAM9 family SoCs"(7094576ccdc3acfe1e06a1e2ab547add375baf7f).
