If a saved copy of /sys/accessibilty.speakup/i18n/chartab is restored using cp it nullifies /sys/accessibilty.speakup/punc_some and /sys/accessibilty.speakup/punc_most

This is on Slint, kernel 5.4.105, espeakup-20190111

How to reproduce:
root@ici:~# cat /sys/accessibility/speakup/punc_some
$%&/@root@ici:~# cp /sys/accessibility/speakup/i18n/char
root@ici:~# cat /sys/accessibility/speakup/punc_most
#$%&()*+/<=>@\^|root@ici:~#
root@ici:~# cat /sys/accessibility/speakup/punc_some
root@ici:~# cp /sys/accessibility/speakup/i18n/chartab /tmp/
root@ici:~# cp /tmp/chartab /sys/accessibility/speakup/i18n/
root@ici:~# cat /sys/accessibility/speakup/punc_some
root@ici:~# cat /sys/accessibility/speakup/punc_most
