This may be what you'll want to migrate toward. I have had thought about doing it that way. I did compile pwsafe from sources just fine on a stretch system. I have yet to try it on sid/buster. There have been very small commits on the code in the last year. I’m contemplating contacting the author to see if he/she would be interested in extending it to have v3 support and how much that might cost. Would others want to share that expense with me? Maybe a kickstarter/gofundme.
