Yes it is. Give it a few seconds once the cd starts spinning then hit
alt-windows-s once and wait. You should hear orca come on and get the
opportunity to adjust its preferences. Once done, hit alt-tab and get
to the fedora desktop to do an install. I had this experience with
Fedora 22.
