restoring alsa defaults

This is my aplay -l output:

Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
I attached my amixer output. It is pretty long. I used the following 
command:
amixer -c 0 > mix.txt
Not sure if the attachment made it through.
