I may have had a similar problem although mine was on the tablets page. It wouldn't let me go beyond the page until I selected not applicable from the how long have you used a tablet... My guess is it might be aproblem on all such pages because the question above says if you don't use said device leave it blank yet the follow-up question requiresa selection.
