OT: sasl and memory leaks?

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello all,
I use a mail server that links with saslauthd to do my password checking
through pam when I send a message out through SMTP. There apparently is
a leak where in if some kind soul just happens to forget his password
many many times in a row, said leak will take up a lot of memory because
something isn't freed. So here is my question. This leak was a DOS
attack just used against me, and it managed to wipe out a couple
services before I managed to get to it. Has someone either 1) fixed the
leak, or delt with this problem before? If so, any suggestions would be
really appreciated.

Thanks,
Ty
