How does vinux interface with speakup?

No, ospeakup is officially dead. I am working on speechd-up myself, and
my version is on github at http://github.com/williamh/speechd-up.

I haven't heard a lot from the vinux guys, so I'm not sure if they have
attempted to use it or not.
