speechd-up as a normal user

Hi,

visudo is the command you run as root to give to users the permission tu
run a command. cf. man visudo. 

To configure, the simplest syntax:

username ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/speechd-up (change with the
appropriate path).

That are basics of visudo.
