As a result of too rapid connections to the internet by the netcfg package in espeakup I tried a few minutes ago to get to the area where a bug report could be filed against netcfg. Since bugzilla uses google to do searching of itself that's where I ended up after keying in netcfg into the search box on bugzilla. Unfortunately google threw an error 403 stating too many automated queries were coming from my network and that was the end of that.
