brltty an usb-hub

Sometimes devices don't work well when connected through a USB hub.
Often it is an error in the usb driver or some badly handled nuonce of
USB funniness, it used to be the case that USB Audio devices wouldn't
work well through a hub.
I'd report a bug to the brltty mob but these problems are difficult to
track down and harder to fix. If there is a Linux-USB mailing list that
might be another avenue to check out.

Regards, Kerry.
