Hi tyler, You might look at the basics (if you haven't already)... That is, look at the output of 'lspci'. All pci devices in the system will be listed there. Look for one that says something about 'net'. It should be listed there. If not, either it's not a pci device, or it isn't being recognized by your system (that isn't likely). If it is listed by lspci, then you just need to install the proper driver, usually by modprobing the appropriate module. The udev rules simply allow "renaming" of the interface. You can worry about that later, if you want to, after establishing that the device/interface is functioning correctly.
