The problem is this, you go to www.example.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-browse and that's fine. However, when ezmlm-browse generates urls, it generates them as www.example.com/cgi-bin/?list=... and not as www.example.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-browse?list=... which is a redirection that will need to be done by apache itself, and can't be done from an html file.
