Dectalk express with speakup as modules?

Hi Zack,

since there have been several changes lately, I am planning on doing a
snapshot and a version bump on gentoo in the next day or so to pick them
up.  I will be also working on one more change -- namely migrating the
ser= parameter to the drivers instead of it being a parameter for the
speakup module itself.  I'll probably put this in place before I do the
version bump.
