Actually, I did a git-pull on an existing speakup git tree yesterday, and if I recall correctly, one of the first messages I saw was something like looking for mirrors for linux-speakup.org, but that could just have been my imagination though. I do know that the git-pull went quite fast, and I hadn't updated it for a good while after first cloning from the primary linux-speakup.org source.
