You should be abel to do this insert the cd and press enter for english press f5 and choose screen reader, thats number3 I believe and press e nter press enter again for the live cd or down arrow and enter for the installation. this is from memory so it may be a little off. Hopefully it works. I've not used ubuntu in a while.
