greetings, Some one posted a message saying that speak up can be compiled as modules rather than patched directly into the kernel with the command: make -C src/ modules modules_install I have a couple of questions before I try this. 1: is there any place specific whre the speakup tar needs to be unpacked? 2: I will be using software synthesis.
