hello, there are none that I know of--ventrilo and skype both use KDE. I'm sure there are other clients, but they're going to be backwater clients that your going to have to force everyone to install--if they exist for windows. I'm not sure, but I'm thinking teamtalk might work for linux, might give that one a shot.
