latest speakup git question

Hi Kirk,

I went ahead and compiled my kernel after reading Bill's post on this
thread, and I too can confirm that speakup.quiet is working perfectly
for me on at least 1 machine. Thanks to you, and all who worked on
speakup for the great work you've done.
